Breakfast buffet

Enjoy a lavish breakfast buffet with a wide range of hot and cold options, including regional specialities, a diverse & varied muesli section, fine bread & bakery products from our local baker, mountain hut products from the surrounding farmsteads and an appealing selection of teas as well as various speciality coffees and delicious, sweet morning pastries.

Afternoon buffet

Appetising cold-cut snack options and seductive sweet items always hit the spot. Our light afternoon buffet fortifies you with delicious soup, hearty Salzburg cold cuts and cheeses, a fresh crunchy salad selection and tempting cakes and other sweet options to keep you going in between meals. Of course, you are also welcome to choose items from our menu of local delicacies, and dine à la carte.

Evening menus

On five evenings a week, you can look forward to a 5 to 7-course menu selection comprising fine Austrian cuisine with quality products, predominantly from the local region. We also have a vegetarian menu.

On the other evenings, you can enjoy one of our imaginative themed evenings from the buffet and a Gala Dinner, an international cheese buffet 5 times a week and, once a week, a strudel buffet. You will be enthusing for a long time about the variety of flavours that comprises Austrian cuisine.

Our evening salad buffet is also exceptionally wide and varied. With up to 30 different types of salad, a tempting selection of fine vinegar and oil specialities, dressings and many small and spicy ingredients, toppings and vitamin-rich items, this is one of the finest salad buffets in the upper echelons of the Alpine hotel scene.

In summer

Kids' All Inclusive

This offer applies to all children up to 18 years of age. From 10.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., it includes daily varying kids' meals as well as unlimited ice cream all day long, special kids' menus̈ each evening and alcohol-free beverages from the beverage station and from the children’s menu every day until 11 p.m.
